Through
hard work and a commitment to excellence, our prestige continues to
grow, as does our roster of full-time professionals and our solutions
centers. We now have two solutions centers; one in Wilmington,
Delaware; the other in Pune, India, giving us the capability to work
around the clock.
Plans
for continued growth for Impact Systems include expanded development
and support for our software tools – both additions to our existing
suite of tools as well as new product releases to conform to new ECM
platforms and versions.
A
second key growth platform includes readiness to implement migrations
to the EMC® Documentum® 6 and 6.5 platforms, and subsequent
versions as they are released. Whether
customers are seeking migration from previous Documentum versions, or
are interested in migrating their content from another platform,
Impact Systems is fully equipped to lead customers from the due
diligence and analysis process through to a quality controlled ECM
implementation.
A
third key platform for Impact Systems’ growth is the continued
expansion of the company’s Compliance-in-a-Box (CiB) offering, developed in partnership with EMC Documentum. CiB
provides
regulated companies with a way to efficiently manage controlled
content and/or electronic submissions, while significantly reducing
time and up-front IT involvement, minimizing costs, and providing a
scalable solution based on industry best practices.
Compliance-in-a-Box includes EMC’s Documentum software as well as
Impact Systems’ installation, configuration and validation,
delivered on-site for a system that is up and running in less than
four weeks.
